Actor and director Terry Jones dies after a struggle with illness

British actor and director Terry Jones died today, Wednesday, at the age of 77 after a long battle with senile dementia.

Jones was diagnosed with a rare form of senile dementia in 2015, who was suffering from his sleeve until his death.

Jones, a writer, historian and poet, was born in Wales in 1942 and is a member of the famous British Monty Python comedian and director of the comedy “Life of Brian”.

Jones was one of the creators of the Flying Circus Monty Python (Monty Pythons Flying Circus) comedy show, which redefined comedy rules with surreal paragraphs and characters in 1969.

He co-directed the film “Monty Python and the Holy Grail” with his teammate Terry Gilliam before he directed the films “Life of Bryan” and “The Meaning of Life” (The Mining of Life).
