Out of its court, the Sudanese Al Hilal team managed to kidnap a fatal victory from the Zimbabwe Platinum in the African Champions League with a clean goal in the fifth round match.
Al-Hilal raised its score to point 9 from 5 games equal to the star in the balance, but from 4 games, while Al-Ahly comes third with 7 points, and finally Platinum with one point.
Al-Ahly is scheduled to host his star counterpart at the stadium of the Peace Stadium at nine pm on Sunday, at the end of the fifth round matches.
It is expected that Al-Ahly will come out in the sixth round to meet Al-Hilal in Al-Akhir Stadium, while the coastal star will host his Platinum counterpart.
The Platinum team missed a penalty in the 25th minute of the match, and had to score twice in the 43rd and 45th minutes, but it passed safely through the nets of Al Hilal.
Al-Hilal almost opened the scoring from a dangerous opportunity in the first minute of the second game.
Al-Hilal continued his attempts, and his player hit a powerful ball, which collided with the list, to return to the striker of the team who scored in the goal, but the referee canceled the goal because of offside in the 61st minute.
In the 68th minute, Platinum almost scored with a direct free kick, but the shot went past the Al Hilal goalkeeper.
Al-Hilal returned with a dangerous attack in the 73rd minute of the match, but the Platinum goalkeeper shines and saves his team from a certain goal.
Al-Hilal striker Mohamed Moussa made use of a defensive error from Platinum after he received a long ball and fired his ball into the net of Platinum in the 85th minute.
