Alieu Diang – Al-Ahly – Platinum – CAF Champions League
Al-Ahly coach Rennie Fyler is assured of the team midfielder Allio Dieng’s readiness for a treatment and rehabilitation program to get rid of the injury that has prevented him from group training.
Dieng missed Al-Ahly’s victory by five goals without a reply against Tanta in the 13th round of the league due to the accumulation of yellow cards, and the financial player had been injured against Platinum in the CAF Champions League.
Fyler obtained a report from Sami T-shirts, the assistant coach, who led Maran absent from the confrontation with Tanta, and assured that Diang participated in the full training.
The trio, Hossam Ashour, Sherif Ekrami and Mahmoud Metwally, will undergo a medical examination before the team’s start at the Touch Stadium to learn about their chances of participating in the group training.
Ashour and Ikrami were absent from the list of the Tanta match that was held yesterday, Wednesday, due to the injury.
Ashour complained of straining of the connective muscle, while Ekrami suffered a fat injury and underwent a treatment and rehabilitation program to prepare him.
As for Mahmoud Metwally, he was injured during the confrontation with Tanta, forcing the technical staff to replace it.
Al-Ahly is preparing to face the Arab contractors on Sunday evening in the 14th round of the Egyptian League competition.
Al-Ahly is ranked first in the Egyptian League, with 33 goals from 11 matches.
