Smouha club president Faraj Amer said on Tuesday that he has contracted three players to join his team, one of whom will “surprise the Egyptian public.”
“We will sign three players, the Ugandan Derek Nsibambi, who will take the place of Ronald Wanga, who moved to the Kuwaiti league,” Amer said on TV.
“There is another player who will take part in the training today, Wednesday, and everyone will be surprised that he joined Smouha, in addition to Salah Mohsen (who Amer announced earlier borrowed from Al-Ahly).”
In another context, the Alexandrian club president indicated, “The implementation of the video in the Egyptian league is a very important step, and an effort to be thanked by Amr Al-Janaini, head of the five-year committee, and Gamal El-Ghandour, head of the referees committee.”
He concluded his remarks, “This is evidence of good intentions regarding caring for solving many problems. We have suffered from unintended mistakes of the rulers.”
Smouha is seventh in the Egyptian Premier League and is preparing to face his Ismaili guest on Saturday in the first match of new coach Hamada Sidky.
Sedky succeeded coach Hossam Hassan, who quit the team.
