Handball: Egyptian control of the best awards in the African Championship


Not only did Egypt win the African Handball Championship, after beating Tunisia in the final match of the championship 27-23, and qualifying for the Tokyo Olympics, but its stars dominated the best prizes in the African Championship.

Egypt would officially qualify for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, without winning the World Olympic Qualifiers.

And the stars of the Egyptian team dominated the prizes of the best in the championship

Yehia El-Der was awarded the Best Player in the African Championship.

Mohamed Sanad won the award for Best Right Wing in the Championship.

Ali Zain won the award for best left back in the championship.

Yahya Khalid came as the best right back in the African championship.

On the other hand, Tunisian duo Osama Boughanmi won the award for best left winger, and his teammate Jihad Jaballah as the best circle player.

Algerian Mustapha Hadj Sadouq was crowned the Best Game Maker of the Tournament.
