Investigations reveal the circumstances of a complex fire in the Nile in Giza


The investigations of the security services in Giza revealed the circumstances of the burning of a floating boat in the Nile River in Giza, where it was found that the fire broke out due to the aftermath of a cigarette. The investigations, under the supervision of Major General Mahmoud al-Sabili, Director of the General Department of Investigations, and Major General Assem Abu al-Khair, Director of Criminal Investigation, added that the burning boat had been abandoned for a long time and was not working, and that the fire broke out initially with a quantity of waste next to the boat, then extended to the body of the vessel and the charges part of it until it managed Civil Protection Forces in Giza from extinguishing it without injuries or loss of life.

The rescue room was notified of a fire in a boat in the middle of the Nile in Giza, and the Civil Defense Forces immediately supported the river rescue and fire extinguishers, and managed to surround and extinguish the fire.
