The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has chosen the goal of Al-Ahly striker Marwan Mohsen, against the Zimbabwe champion Platinum, among the distinguished goals in the fourth round matches of the African Champions League competitions.
Al-Ahly team tied 1-0 with Zimbabwe’s Platinum during the match they played last Saturday at the Papa Velz Mandava stadium, the stronghold of Platinum team in the state of Paula Waiw, which came in the fourth round of the group stage in the African Champions League.
The official page of the African Union, CAF, revealed on Twitter, under the headline, “The best record in the fourth round of the African Champions League!”

The Swiss Rene Weiler, technical director of the club’s first football team, held the club Al-Ahly, A session with the players during which he called on them to temporarily close the African file in order to prepare for the local competition in the league championship, stressing the need to separate the two championships so that Al-Ahly can continue its victories and issue the league table.
Al-Ahly is preparing to face Tanta in the thirteenth round of the Premier League, scheduled for next Wednesday, and the Red Genie is leading the league with 30 points from ten games the team played in the championship activities.
Speaking with the players, Fyler stressed the need to follow the same previous steps in the league championship and close the African file, noting that the work and preparation for the match of the Tunisian coastal star in the fifth round of the group stage of the African Champions League will be in time.
