A military source close to the leadership of the Libyan National Army said that the commander-in-chief of the Libyan Arab Armed Forces, Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, had left Moscow without signing the ceasefire agreement.

The military source, who preferred not to be named, confirmed to Sputnik that the commander of the Libyan National Army, Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, has left Moscow now for Benghazi, and will not sign the agreement unless a timetable is set to end and disband the militias, noting that “this is the point of disagreement.” Not to sign it. “
