A Lebanese judicial source confirmed that all the surveillance cameras are in the villa of Dr. Fadi Al-Hashem, the artist’s husband Nancy AjramHas been handed over to the specialized agencies, explaining that it was found that all the clips published so far are correct and not tampered with, denying recent rumors that the videos are fabricated.
The source said to the Lebanese “MTV” channel that Nancy and her husband’s phones were confiscated immediately on the evening of the accident and after they went to testify at the Zouk Mosbeh police station, there was no suspicion.
The channel also revealed in its report that the guard of Villa Nancy Ajram is also a Syrian national, which denies the accusations made against her of racism and discrimination against the Syrian people.
For her part, the Appeal Public Prosecutor in Mount Lebanon, Ghada Aoun, confirmed that the accusation of the premeditated murder of Fadi Al-Hashem, the husband of the actress Nancy Ajram, in the incident of his murder of a thief who entered his home, in his favor because of his defense of his family, saying: “They ignored the rumors and those who are trying to discredit the judicial process.” Ghada Aoun added in statements to the Lebanese “Al-Fan” website that her decision came according to Article 547 of the Penal Code, but she was sympathetic to Article 229, explaining that her decision came according to these two articles and she said: “Review the two articles to know everything.“.
In turn, Dr. Al-Hashem’s lawyer, Gabi Germanos, issued a statement in which he indicated that he was not surprised by the current claim against his client, because the natural path is to transfer the file to the first investigating judge in Mount Lebanon. “With our assurance that the investigating judge will issue a decision considering Dr. Fadi Al Hashem’s act as a legitimate self-defense“.
