The Public Prosecution in Lebanon today, Wednesday, claimed the husband of the actress Nancy Ajram for the crime of “premeditated murder,” following the shooting incident of a Syrian youth in their house two weeks ago.
The Appeal Public Prosecutor in Mount Lebanon, Judge Ghada Aoun, claimed the husband of actress Nancy Ajram, Dr. Fadi Al-Hashem, for the crime of killing the Syrian citizen Muhammad Musa, according to Article 547 that is found on Article 229 penalties (intentional killing).
The prosecution was referred to the first investigating judge in Mount Lebanon, Nicolas Mansour, according to the Lebanese “Al-Jadid” channel.
The forensic medicine in Syria had announced that the body of the young Muhammad Musa would be dissected once it reached the country.
The Syrian newspaper “Al-Watan” quoted the Director General of the General Authority of Forensic Medicine in Syria, Zahir Hajo, as saying that “the Lebanese forensic report was random, absurd, not professional and was written only by a junior doctor in this field,” he said.
Judge Aoun had summoned actress Nancy Ajram earlier to investigate her and brought it to the pathologist after the accident.
The incident at the home of actress Nancy Ajram sparked controversy in Lebanon, after her husband shot Mohammed Musa, who was killed instantly.
There are many accounts about the accident, including that Musa entered the house with the intention of stealing, and that there is previous knowledge that brought the victim together with the artist and her husband, as he was working with them.
