The Spanish newspaper “Mundo Deportivo” revealed that the English club Liverpool is close to joining Kai Haverz in the ranks of Bayer Leverkusen.

In a report, the Spanish journalist added that Liverpool defeated Barcelona and Bayern Munich in the struggle to include the player.

The report also indicated that Liverpool coffers will cost 107 million pounds, to become the most expensive deal in Reds’ history.

The report continued that Liverpool is in contact with the German team in order to include the player next summer.

The 20-year-old has made an impressive level since he climbed to the first team for Leverkusen in the 2017 season, Hafritz scored 3 goals and scored a goal in 21 games this season in the Bundesliga.

Bayern Leverkusen’s playmaker throughout his career has scored 31 goals and has made 23 of 126 in his team’s jersey since he played his first match at the age of 17.

The Dutchman, Virgil van Dyck, is the most expensive player in Reds history, for 75 million pounds.
