Books – Reham Hamdy and Ramadan Hassan:
A source inside Al-Ahly club revealed that Al-Safaqsi club agreed with the management of the Red Castle to borrow Hussein El Sayed for six months free of charge in exchange for the Tunisian club bearing the player’s salary.
The source – who declined to be named – made it clear in special statements to “Masrawy” today, Friday, that the Al-Safaqsi club sent the contract to Al-Ahly management, which in turn is discussing it with the player in order to resolve the signature and the deal.
The source indicated that the Sfaxien administration agreed with Al-Ahly that the contract would include the clause of the intention to sell permanently, but would be on new terms.
The past few hours have witnessed negotiations by the Al-Safaqsi Club with Al-Ahly in order to contract with Hussein Al-Sayed before the winter transfer window closes, which will end today.
Hussein Al-Sayed, 28, had previously experimented with the Saudi agreement on loan last season before returning again at the start of the current season.
Hussein Al-Sayed did not enter the accounts of Swiss Rene Filer during the current season, as Al-Ahly coach relied on the Tunisian international duo Ali Maaloul alongside Mahmoud Waheed.
