Mohamed Morjane, CEO of Al-Ahly Club, confirmed that his team’s match against the Tunisian coastal star was postponed for 48 hours, to be held on January 26th, in the African Champions League.
Marjan said in press statements that the match that was scheduled for January 24th was postponed at the request of the Egyptian security authorities.
Morgan said: “The match was postponed to be held on January 26 at the request of the security authorities, and we received a notification from the African Union confirming the postponement of the confrontation.”
He concluded: “The postponement of the African match led to the postponement of the Al-Ahly match against Enppi in the Egyptian League, which was scheduled for January 27th in Round 15.”
It is worth noting that Al-Ahly was scheduled to face the star on January 24, three days before the meeting of Enppi, but the postponement of the date of the African meeting led to the postponement of the local confrontation.
