Mortada Mansour, Chairman of Zamalek, considered that the best option for his club is to face Al-Ahly in the African Champions League, and called on Ahmed Bilal to stop criticizing Mustafa Mohamed.
Mortada Mansour said in his statements to the official Zamalek channel: “I say to those responsible for the media in Egypt, please it is not permissible for there to be a court worker and a media worker, this person is a working member in Zamalek and I will write off his membership.”
He continued: “I say to Ahmed Bilal, there was a 10-year prison sentence against you, and I defended you for free, so please do not go against Zamalek, and stop criticizing Mustafa Mohamed, as he is a promising attacker who deserves support.”
The President of Zamalek called for the support of Al-Ahly in front of the Sudanese Crescent, saying: “Al-Ahly if he wins and confronts me in the quarter-finals, I will face him in Egypt, instead of traveling outside the country, exhaustion and travel costs.”
Al-Ahly will play Al-Hilal of Sudan on Saturday evening in the last round of the group stage of the African Champions League and needs to win or draw to reach a qualification.
