Gabi Germanos’ office issued a statement in which he said: “We were not surprised by the current claim against Al-Hashem, considering that it is the natural path for the file to turn into the first investigating judge in Mount Lebanon, with our assurance that the investigating judge will issue a decision regarding the act of al-Hashem as a legitimate defense in self-defense. “.
The statement added that “Al-Hashem was left by the public prosecutor to appeal earlier, after the conditions for legitimate self-defense were fulfilled.”
Today, Wednesday, the Public Prosecution in Lebanon claimed the husband of the actress Nancy Ajram for the crime of “premeditated murder”, after he shot a Syrian youth in their house two weeks ago.
The incident at the home of actress Nancy Ajram sparked controversy in Lebanon, after her husband shot Mohammed Musa, who was killed instantly.
There are many narratives regarding the accident, including that Musa entered the house with the intention of stealing, and that there is previous knowledge that gathered the victim with the artist and her husband, as he was working with them and attended to claim financial dues.
