Spanish club Atletico Madrid announced that they have signed a contract with Belgian midfielder Yannick Carrasco, Dalian Weifang of China, on loan until the end of the current season (2019-2020).
Carrasco, who left Atletico and joined the Chinese team at the beginning of 2018, had earlier confirmed his desire to return to European football.
Carrasco returned to Atletico Madrid, who spent three seasons with him, participating in 124 games, to score 23 goals.
The player was already in the Spanish capital, Madrid, in the past hours, as a prelude to completing the move to Atletico, which seeks to reinforce its attack during the current winter transfer market.
Carrasco performed well with the Chinese team in 2018 and 2019, scored 24 goals for the team and 17 others in 52 games.
