Zamalek coach Patrice Carteron announced the formation in which he will play the El Gouna match in the 13th week of the League competition.
The Zamalek squad witnessed several changes, starting with the participation of Mohamed Abdel-Ghani in the place of Mahmoud Hamdi “Al-Wensh”, and Abdullah Jumaa will participate to lead the left front instead of Mohamed Abdel-Shafi.
The offensive side will also change with the appearance of Mahmoud Abdel Razek “Shikabala” returning from the injury to be in place of Moroccan Ashraf Benchriki, and Mustafa Mohamed will lead the offensive side instead of Mostafa Mohamed, who fought Zesscos last meeting in the African Champions League.
Zamalek is scheduled to play its game El Gouna in its usual way (4-2-3-1), with the formation to be as follows:
Goalkeeping: Muhammad Abu Jabal.
Defense line: Abdullah Juma – Mahmoud Alaa – Mohamed Abdel Ghani – Hazem Imam.
Defensive midfield: Tariq Hamid – Ferjani Sassi.
Offensive midfield: Youssef Ibrahim “Obama” – Muhammad Onajem – Mahmoud Abdel-Razek “Shikabala”.
The offensive line: Omar Al-Saeed.
It is worth noting that Zamalek is ranked third with 21 points, in contrast, El Gouna is in twelfth place with 12 points.
