Artist Mohamed El-Sharnoubi lost his lawsuit against the producer of his works, Sarah El-Tabakh, the owner of Earth Production.<p>The Economic Court decided in its public session, which was held on January 16, to cancel the lawsuit of the singer Mohamed Al Sharnoubi against the producer of his works, which he filed after the decision of the Syndicate of Musical Professions to stop him, out of his desire to get rid of his contract with the Earth Production Company.

Sarah Al-Tabbakh said in a statement: “The court’s decision means that Al-Sharnoubi has become required to implement the contract, pay the penal clause or obtain approval from his product to rescind the contract and pay the estimated criminal clause of $ 600,000.”

It is noteworthy that Muhammad Al-Sharnoubi published a statement on his social media accounts on Sunday, the 21st of July, in which he explained that his relationship with Sarah Al-Tabakh ended a while ago, but she is still pressuring him with the contract he signed with her.

After that, Sarah filed his complaint with the Syndicate of Musical Professions, confirming that he refrains from carrying out his contract with her company, so that the union stops him, then decides to prosecute him.

El-Sharnoubi responded with another case, an accounting suit, and demanded that he fully disclose his partnership with the company.
