The events of the incident take place when General Atef Mahran, Director of Eastern Security, received a notification from Major General Amr Raouf, Director of Criminal Investigation, stating that a report had been received from Al-Ahrar Hospital about the arrival of “Umm Al-Hana M”, 60 years old, who lived in a village belonging to the Minya Wheat Center, had a brain haemorrhage and a fractured skull.
