A statement of the union stated, on Thursday, that it addressed sincere condolences to the families of the victims and wished a speedy recovery for the injured, and the Medical Council decided to file a report with the Public Prosecutor and the Administrative Prosecution to open a criminal and administrative investigation into the incident against everyone who caused the issuance of arbitrary administrative orders or participated in the threat to doctors, which presented their lives At risk.
The council decided to refer the doctors responsible for issuing arbitrary administrative orders to the union’s investigation committee, and demanded that all training sessions be held at the headquarters of the directorates in the governorates. In the event that it is necessary to relocate to any other governorate, the employer must provide safe transportation means, provided that the doctors are notified of any regular or training missions At least two weeks before it.
The union demanded the necessity of taking measures to calculate deaths and injuries in the accident as a work injury, while providing the highest level of medical care for the injured even if it was necessary to travel abroad, and the union council decided to announce the general mourning of the Medical Syndicate for a period of three days, and establish a memorial memorial for female martyrs in Minya in coordination with the Minya Doctors Union , And in the presence of members of the General Syndicate of Physicians and Sub-Syndicate Councils.
The Syndicate Council also decided to file a civil lawsuit against the Ministry of Health to demand adequate compensation for the families of the martyrs and the injured, and to provide all means of legal and union support to the families of the martyrs and the injured.
