With dates … enough to announce the new map of the World Cup Qualifiers

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has made several adjustments to the dates for the Africa Cup of Nations 2021 qualifiers in Cameroon, in addition to the 2022 World Cup qualifiers.

The African Union decided to establish the next African nations in January and February, instead of June and July, which required intervention to redraw the road map of the championship qualifiers.

The African Union replaced the African Nations qualifying matches with the dates previously set in March and June for the start of the World Cup qualifiers, and on the other side, the World Cup qualifiers were to start in October this year.

The Egyptian team plays the African Nations Qualifiers with Kenya, Comoros and Togo, and it has two points after two rounds of competitions, and according to the new dates, that stage will end next September instead of November.

The Egyptian team will meet its competitors in the group stage of the World Cup qualifiers with the draw for January 21st.

The new dates for the World Cup and African Nations qualifiers are as follows:

23 to 31 March .. Third and fourth round of the African Nations Qualifiers

June 1 to June 9: The Fifth Round in the Nations of Africa

– August 31 to September 8 … the sixth round of the African Nations Qualifiers

– 5 to 13 October .. the first round in the World Cup Qualifiers

9 to 17 November .. the second round of the World Cup Qualifiers

– 22 to 30 March 2021 .. The third and fourth round of the World Cup qualifiers (no amendment)

– August 30 to September 7 .. Fifth round of the World Cup Qualifiers (no change)

– 4 to 12 October .. the sixth round of the World Cup qualifiers (no amendment)

– 8 to 16 November .. The defeated exit stage (the final stage) for the World Cup qualifiers.
