After the gift of Zamalek .. Feiler wins 16 successive streak

Al-Ahly club won the 48th point in its career in the Egyptian Premier League this season after defeating Zamalek because the latter withdrew and did not attend Cairo Stadium.

Al-Ahly attended the Cairo Stadium for the postponed match of round 4 in the Egyptian League championship, and the Lithuanian referees’ team arrived, but Zamalek did not arrive.

The Egyptian Football Association announced that it had confirmed that there was no obstacle for the arrival of the Zamalek club bus to the Cairo International Stadium, stressing the application of the list of sanctions to the White Club.

Referee Gediminas Masika whistled at the end of the match, and Al-Ahly considered a winner after waiting for Al-Ahmar in the match stadium for more than 80 minutes in anticipation of the arrival of the white club.

And before the Zamalek match, Rene Filer succeeded in achieving 15 consecutive victories since the start of the season in the League Championship to achieve a full score of 100% wins.

Zamalek’s gift not to go to the match stadium came to give Fyler the 16th successive victory in order to boost his record in second place for the best march of victories in the history of the Egyptian league.

The Swiss coach came close to breaking Manuel Jose’s record with Al-Ahly in the 2004-2005 season when he led the Portuguese Red Knight to victory in 17 consecutive games.

Feiler needs to win the next match in order to equalize Manuel Jose’s number and to engrave his name in gold letters in the history of the Egyptian League and Al-Ahly Club.
