The Pyramids Club announced in an official statement not to broadcast the Al-Ahly match scheduled for next Thursday evening, which will be held on the Air Defense Stadium.

Pyramids stressed through an official statement today, Tuesday, due to the lack of interest in the sponsoring company, Sport Sport.

Al-Ahly club statement was as follows:

The club’s decision comes because the sponsoring company, Presentation Sport, has not committed to signing satellite broadcasting contracts with Pyramids since the start of the season until now, despite the company sending earlier an offer at the beginning of the season in order to negotiate the rights to broadcast the team’s matches in the local championships.

Also, the Pyramids club did not receive its financial dues for broadcasting the matches of last season from Presentation Company, although the Football Association requires a percentage of broadcast rights stipulated in the contracts with the beginning of the season to agree to open the registration door, which forced the club to pay That financial value is to register his players without receiving any financial compensation from the sponsoring company, knowing that Pyramids is not the only club that complains about this transaction from Presentation Company since the beginning of the season.

And the Pyramids Club dealt with the company in good faith and out of its national responsibility towards Egyptian football and its followers since the start of the season and agreed to broadcast their matches until the contracts were signed, but the company did not meet that similarly, and did not bother to pay the arrears of the last season, and did not reach any official agreement or Oral, and the company did not seek to sign contracts until now, and therefore the club decided to stop its dealings with the company until the status quo changed, and not to broadcast its matches starting from the Al-Ahly meeting.
