The Zagazig Criminal Court, headed by Counselor Ahmed Suleiman Al-Jamal, and the membership of Advisers, Osama Al-Halawani, Basem Gawish, and the Tamer Abdel-Azim Secretariat, and Philips Subhi, approved the Mufti’s decision to hang by a driver convicted of killing a worker who suspected him of having an illegal relationship with his uncle’s wife.
The events of the case date back to June of 2019, when Major General Jarir Mustafa, the former Assistant Minister of the Interior for Eastern Security, received a notification from Major General Mohamed Wali, Director of the Criminal Investigation Department, stating the report of the disappearance of “K. AR »29 years old, worker at a poultry farm.
A criminal investigation team was formed, and by examining, inspecting and hearing the statements of witnesses, it was found that it was behind the incident. E. M »23-year-old driver with a relationship of friendship with the victim, and investigations revealed that the accused had lured the victim and killed him, by beating him with a tattoo on his head and burying him in a hole in a poultry farm, because he suspected that there was an illegal relationship between the victim and his uncle’s wife. The accused was arrested and the necessary report was released, and by referring him to the Public Prosecution, he referred it to the Criminal Court, which issued its advanced ruling.
