Hisham Talaat Moustafa, CEO and managing director of Talaat Moustafa Holding Group, said that the company intends to establish a new project in the administrative capital, under the partnership system with the government.
He added in comments, today, Tuesday, on the sidelines of the signing of an agreement to establish a hotel in Luxor with EGOTH, that the company is still in the stage of negotiating the land and its details will be announced within the next few days.
He explained that the project will be similar to the “Celia” project that the group is working on in the administrative capital.
Mustafa did not specify the area being negotiated, or the value of the project’s investments, indicating that once the contracts are signed, all details will be announced.
