A video clip has spread on social media during the last hours, in which the late Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak appears as an actor in an old Egyptian movie, as he appears in a scene that represents the war against Israel.

And the scene, which is only a minute, shows Mubarak, as the leader of an aviation squadron, who gives instructions to a group of pilots, including the hero of the movie “Kamal Al-Shennawi”, during the planning of an attack on Israel in the 1956 Suez War, The film is called “Farewell at Dawn”.

The Egyptian newspaper, “The Seventh Day”, published about Mubarak’s role in the film, which revolves in 1956, about a young pilot who belongs to a wealthy family and falls in love with a poor girl who wants to marry her.

The film complements being called as a pilot, to participate in the Palestine War, and there he is captured, and becomes missing, as his leader in the film, Hosni Mubarak, who appeared in two shots within the events of the film.

It is worth noting that the former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak passed away, on Tuesday, at the age of 92, in Egypt and was buried in the family graves of the Girls ’College in Heliopolis, after holding a funeral for him attended by the current President, Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, and the heads of both the ministers, parliament and members of The Egyptian government, the imam of Al-Azhar Mosque, Pope Tawadros II and others, where the funeral was held in a mosque, Field Marshal Tantawi, east of Cairo.
