The World Health Organization said that about 100,000 people around the world were infected with the Corona virus, and more than 3,000 of them have died, most of them in China.

The Director-General of the International Organization, Tidros Adhanom Gebresus, described the spread of the virus as “very disturbing” and urged all countries to consider reducing it as “a top priority”.

In Italy, the number of deaths due to HIV infection has risen to 197, with the largest daily increase in the number of deaths since the outbreak began.

Officials said that 49 people had died within 24 hours, while more than 4,600 injuries had been reported overall. But they indicated that the number could not be officially confirmed until it determined the “real cause of death”.

As for the Italian National Health Institute, it was confirmed that the average age of those who died was 81, with the vast majority suffering mainly from health problems. An estimated 72% of those who died were men.

According to government data, 4.25% of confirmed individuals have died of the virus, the highest rate in the world. The aging rate of the total population in Italy is one of the largest in the world.

The Italian media confirmed that the Pope of the Vatican, who suffers from a common cold, is not infected with the Corona virus after a medical examination to confirm.
