The Egyptian Football Association’s Competitions Committee announced that Thursday’s matches of the Egyptian Premier League were postponed due to bad weather.
According to the Competitions Committee announced in an official statement, it is in line with the decision of the Prime Minister to consider tomorrow, Thursday, as a holiday due to the bad weather expected, it was decided to postpone the Premier League matches.
According to the statement, the Competitions Committee has already set the new dates for the postponed matches, but will be announced officially within the remaining weeks of the tournament, after obtaining the security clearances.
Four matches were scheduled to take place in the Egyptian Premier League tomorrow, Thursday, including a confrontation between Alexandria and Zamalek.
It is worth noting that the Egyptian Meteorological Authority announced its expectation of bad weather tomorrow, Thursday, all over the Republic, which led to the decision of the Prime Minister to grant him as an official holiday.
