Salah Mohsen, the Al-Ahly player loaned to Smouha, confirmed that he had not left the Red Castle due to a crisis with a coach or a problem within the club.
Mohsen said in televised comments to the program of the fans of Al-Thalah, broadcast on On Time Sports channel, that Al-Ahly administration was rejecting the idea of his departure to Smouha.
He added, that coach Rene Feiler was sticking to him and tried to persuade him to continue with Al-Ahly, but his decision was to move to Smouha to find an opportunity to participate mainly.
He explained that he decided to leave Smouha, mainly to be with the team, and then return to the ranks of the first team and be close to participating also with the Olympic team.
Mohsen completed his statements: “I participated with Shawky Gharib in the Nations of Africa U23 in the main decentralization position.”
