The Minister indicated that she agreed to the plan submitted by the heads of social insurance funds to face accumulations during the disbursement of pensions for the month of April.

The minister explained that several scenarios and proposals have been studied to limit accumulation in the Insurance Authority offices and the outlets of the number of about 4350 outlets, post offices and ATM machines, which number up to 10,000 exchange machines, and it was decided to set up a mechanism to split pensioners on separate days throughout the week The first of April.

She said that pensioners who earn 1000 pounds or less and number 2.4 million in exchange will pay their pensions from the outlets of the National Insurance Authority, post offices and exchange machines during the Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday days of April 1, 2 and 4 of April. As for pensioners more than 1,000 pounds to 2000 pounds They number 2.5 million in exchange, and they will pay their pensions on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, corresponding to 5, 6 and 7 April.

As for pensioners whose pension amounts are more than 2000 pounds and they amount to approximately 1.8 million existing cashers, they will pay their pensions on Wednesday and Thursday, 8 and 9 April. As of Sunday, April 12, payment will be available to everyone who has not paid his pension, and who fails to pay during the period specified for him It can exchange during subsequent periods.

The minister announced that this plan was developed based on an analysis of methods and rates of exchange last March, as well as an analysis of the categories of those who are spending during March, so that the plan will be developed in a way that achieves non-accumulation and preserves the interests of those who spend from pensioners and beneficiaries.

She emphasized that, in line with the state’s strategy to relieve the citizens, it was decided, on an exceptional basis, to allow all cards that were parked due to the failure to perform the data update and activation process that is conducted every 6 months without stopping or requesting reactivation during the next three months as well.

The Governor of the Central Bank was addressed to cancel the fees and commissions applied to the withdrawal fee from ATMs for a period of 6 months in order to encourage pensioners to withdraw from automated teller machines and reduce congestion in the Authority’s outlets or post offices, while providing mobile automated teller machines to facilitate pensioners.

She pointed out that all directive measures were taken to ensure the safety of workers in disbursing pensions to prevent the spread of infection among clients and reluctant to the authority, and to provide the necessary medical protection methods of gloves and medical masks, and to carry out extensive cleansing operations in the offices of the authority and pension exchange outlets.
