European reports said that Liverpool manager Juergen Klopp had contacted the French father, Killian Mbappe, of Paris Saint-Germain, to try to persuade him to move to Anfield next summer.
Mbappe has been linked with the departure from the stadium of princes during the coming summer Mercato summer, amid concerns from the top European clubs, led by Liverpool and Real Madrid.
According to the French newspaper “le 10 sport”, the German coach contacted Mbappe’s father in a phone call to ask about his intention to move to Liverpool.
Under the tutelage of Club, Liverpool has become the best team in the world, having won the Champions League, European Super Cup and Club World Cup in the past ten months.
The German coach seeks to further improve his team’s level and development by contracting the 21-year-old striker, who has scored 30 goals for Paris Saint-Germain this season.
It is worth noting that the transfer of Mbappe to Liverpool or Real Madrid could reach nearly 250 million pounds.
