Zamalek coach French Patrice Carteron denied taking part in any plans for the new season’s deals to support his team next summer.
In comments by Layla Koura, Carteron said: “My contract expires at the end of the current season in next June, so I did not discuss the new deals.”
And Moroccan reports have indicated that there is a desire by Carton to include the player Walid Al-Karti instead of Onajem or Hamid Haddad next season.
And the management of Zamalek through the club president Mortada Mansour expressed the desire to retain the coach during the coming period after the payoff that he presented with the team during the last period and since he presented to the team the successor to Serbian Meicho.
It is noteworthy that Patrice Carteron had led Zamalek this season to win the Egyptian Super and the African Super and qualify for the semi-finals of the African Champions League for the first time since 2016.
