The Prosecutor of Burj Al Arab had heard earlier the statements of the artist Ahmed Ezz in the incident of the quarrel that occurred between him and the sister of the artist Zina, and during the investigations, “Ezz” accused Zinas sister of assaulting him suddenly and without any previous preludes; and she was accompanied by a person who does not know his name He was exposed to the causes in front of everyone in the hotel.

“Ezz”, Zainas sister, was accused of lying against him, for editing a report in which she accused him of assaulting her, pointing out that there is no confirmation of the veracity of this assault by witnesses and hotel workers.

The prosecution heard the statements of three of the witnesses of the incident, as well as reservations about the surveillance cameras and an audio recording received from Ezz.
