Turkish press reports revealed that the Turkish Qasim Pasha Club is preparing to enter into negotiations with the English Huddersfield Town Club to contract with Ramadan Sobhi Al-Ahly club player during the next summer transfer window.
Newspaper reported “Yeni Akit” Qasim Pasha club is looking forward to signing Ramadan Sobhi next summer, based on a recommendation from the team’s scouts.
Al-Ahly sent an official letter to the Huddersfield Town club to demand an extension of the Ramadan Sobhi loan for another 3 months in light of the stoppage in sports activity due to the spread of the new Corona virus, knowing the player’s loan period ends on June 30.
Al-Ahly club is awaiting the decision of the International Federation “FIFA”, concerning the fate of loaned players in the world and how to compensate clubs for stopping sports activities for a long time because of the Corona virus, and then the clubs do not benefit from the deals loaned to them naturally.
FIFA is considering extending the loaning of players for a period similar to that of the layoff, or for clubs to receive material compensation.
Al-Ahly is awaiting the decision of the FIFA, to determine the club’s position in many files, the most important of which is Ramadan Sobhi, the playmaker of the team that was borrowed from the English Huddersfield, along with all the red-giant players loaned to other clubs, such as Muhammad Sharif, Nasser Maher, Fawzi Al-Hinnawi and Ahmed Yasser Rayan Akram Tawfiq, Mahmoud El-Gazzar, Moroccan Walid Azzaro and other players.
