Tunisian reports said that Al-Ahly management agreed to sell the left back of the club, Hussein Al-Sayed, to the Tunisian club Sfaxien once and for all.
El-Sayed moved to Tunisian Sfaxien during the winter transfer period, which ends at the end of the season.
According to the Tunisian newspaper “Al-Shorouk”, Al-Ahly has concluded its agreement with its Tunisian counterpart regarding the final sale of Hussein El-Sayed.
The newspaper added that Al-Ahly’s decision came on the recommendation of Swiss coach Rene Weiler, due to the presence of 3 elements occupying the left-back center, most notably Ali Maaloul.
The newspaper pointed out that Hussein El-Sayed received several Egyptian offers, including the Ismaili of Egypt, Smouha and the Alexandrian Federation, but he preferred the move to the Sfaxien club.
It is worth noting that the Egyptian left-back played with his Tunisian club in 5 games (3 in the League and 2 in the Cup).
