The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in the United States has issued new guidelines recommending the use of cloth-based masks to ensure that the outbreak of the new Corona virus is minimized.

The center recommended wearing face masks in public places, as it is difficult to adhere to the social distance from others.

US Surgeon General Dr. Jerome Adams, a member of President Coronas anti-virus team, Donald Trump, shared a video explaining how to make a face mask out of fabric.

Adams noted that any fabric can be used to make a mask, and all a person needs are rubber bands.

The White House and CDC task force has reassessed mask recommendations over the past few days, as CDC has recommended wearing a mask of cloth, because the virus may spread when people speak or breathe.

The United States suffers from a severe shortage of medical masks, leaving doctors and nurses vulnerable to infection.
