Moroccan Abdel Moneim Bah, Confederation of African Football Confederation (CAF) secretary, revealed that the latter has not made any decision regarding the change of the CAF Champions League final that will take place in Cameroon.
And Moroccan press reports came out on Sunday, to reveal the intention of “CAF” to change the stadium that will host the African Champions League final.
Bah told Radio Morocco, “Until this moment, the African Champions League will be held in Cameroon, while the African Confederation Cup final will be held at the stadium of the sports complex Prince Moulay Abdellah in Rabat.”
On the dates of the Champions League and Confederation semi-finals, he said: “This role will be played in the summer.”
The Confederation of African Football (CAF) earlier decided to delay the semi-finals of the CAF and Confederation Championships indefinitely due to the emerging epidemic of the Coruna virus (Covid 19).
Al-Ahly is scheduled to meet Moroccan sports club Al-Wadad, with Zamalek facing another Moroccan team, specifically Raja, in the CAF semi-finals.
On the other hand, the other Egyptian team will play Pyramids against Horia Conakry in the Confederation competition, with the second party in the tournament to be between the Moroccan duo, Nadha Berkane, against Hassania Agadir.
