The young Norwegian striker left Austria Salzburg last January and joined Dortmund to explode with the latter in the German league.
“Halland is very strong, and he is moving really well given his fascinating length,” Capello told Spanish radio.
“Yes, he lacks some skill, but his speed is great and his sense of goal is very special,” added the former Italy and England coach.
“I think he will shine in the English Premier League with a team like Liverpool alongside players like Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane.”
Halland did not stop recording despite the interruption of football for two months due to the Corona virus, he scored a goal in his team’s victory over Schalke 4-0 in the return of the German League this week.
As for the duo, Salah and Mani returned to his team’s training on Wednesday, in preparation for the expected return to the English Premier League next month.
