Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly announced today, Sunday, that from next Sunday the first day of Eid Al-Fitr, and until Friday, all shops, malls, restaurants and all public beaches and parks will be closed to limit the spread of the Corona virus and impose a ban on the movement of citizens from five in the evening with Stop public transport and bus traffic between the governorates.
The Prime Minister said during the press conference of the Council of Ministers, that the measures are aimed at preventing the virus and protecting citizens from gatherings because the disease does not spread, and therefore the government made these decisions, stressing the importance of wearing masks strictly, and that lack of commitment will expose the person to severe penalties.
He added that starting from Saturday, May 30th, the situation will return to normal before Ramadan, which is a ban on movement from eight in the evening until six in the morning, and that as of mid-June, it will be announced gradually re-sporting activities and shops and also discuss the possibility of establishing some religious rites in the role Worship and fixing a specific date for the return of these activities, indicating that the return to the high school exam was discussed on June 21.
He pointed out that in light of the global crisis that the world is facing against the Corona virus, the Supreme Ministerial Committee to confront the Corona virus discussed special measures and measures for coexistence with the Corona virus during the period of Eid Al-Fitr and after Eid Al-Fitr, and facing mass crowds.
He added that the Eid prayer will be broadcast from a mosque, and it will be confined to the mosque staff and will be broadcast on TV.
