WhatsApp Business allows its users to add Facebook pages to their accounts directly

In order to facilitate companies’ communication with their customers via WhatsApp, the social media giant is launching an update that will allow WhatsApp Business accounts to link to their Facebook pages, as this new feature will be introduced for both Android and iOS and users can bring details from their company’s Facebook page and add them to an account WhatsApp Business.

According to the Indian TOI site, the new feature will also allow users to create ads for their Facebook pages that are redirected to the linked WhatsApp Business account, according to a report by Android Police, in other words, when someone clicks on a Facebook ad, they will be automatically redirected to WhatsApp Business.

In order to link the Facebook page and WhatsApp Business account, users will have to click on the linked accounts option within the settings menu in WhatsApp Business, and WhatsApp Business users can add landline numbers in the application.

Perhaps this goes beyond support for a mobile number, in the regular version, users can only add their own contact numbers, WhatsApp Business also allows users to set automatic responses to texts, they also have the ability to schedule automatic responses for specific hours and days, which is completely missing from the version ordinary.

Once the Facebook page and WhatsApp Business account are connected, visitor management will be easy, and at the same time, Facebook has just announced a new tool – called Messenger Room – that will allow up to 50 users to make video calls and it seems that the social media giant will present a shortcut to this upcoming new tool For WhatsApp users as well, thus giving them access to another option for video calling, and according to a report from WABetaInfo, the beta version of Android 2.20.139 of WhatsApp was discovered with a shortcut – “room” – for this feature.
