Brazilian press reports stated that the Brazilian Atletico Mineiro made an offer to the Pyramids Club to contract with Keno loaned to the Emirates Island until the end of the current season.
The Brazilian newspaper “Globo Sport” said that Atletico Mineiro began negotiating with Pyramids in order to obtain Keno services, after he became the player outside the team’s accounts, and Al-Jazeera did not seem to want a contract with him permanently.
Atletico Mineiro faces difficulty in contracting the player first because of the financial value of the deal, and secondly because of the player’s huge salary that exceeds the capabilities of Brazilian clubs, according to the report.
However, Atletico Mineiro is counting on the medical relationship between the player and football director Alexander Matos to agree to a salary cut that suits the club’s financial capabilities.
Keno was featured in Pyramids last season, before moving to the Emirates Island this summer on loan.
