Mohamed Ramadan raises the uproar of his sister’s wedding despite Coronas ban .. And the police release the groom

Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Egyptian artist Mohamed Ramadan has caused an outcry on social media and a wave of criticism over the establishment of his sister’s wedding, despite the ban imposed by the Egyptian authorities on gatherings, including weddings and funeral ceremonies, to counter the spread of the new Corona virus.

And videos spread on social media from the wedding to the attendees without observing the measures of prevention and social divergence and without masks, while Ramadan posted on his Facebook and Instagram pictures with his sister wearing masks, commenting: “Congratulations to my beloved, and I wish you all.”

Local Egyptian media, including the website of the official Al-Ahram and Akhbar Al-Youm newspapers, reported that after circulating the wedding videos, the police arrested the groom for violating the government’s decision to ban gatherings, but released her after the investigation.

The two newspapers reported that the groom told investigators at the Sheikh Zayed Police Department in the Sixth of October City that the wedding ceremony was within his villa and was limited to the family of the newlyweds only taking into account precautionary measures, after which he was released.
