Books – Muhammad Ghayat:

Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, chaired the cabinet meeting, today, Wednesday, through the technology of “Video Conference”, during which he discussed a number of files.

The Council of Ministers agreed to exempt tourists arriving on direct flights to tourist governorates from paying tourist visa fees, until October 31, 2020, at the end of the summer tourist season.

These incentives come with the aim of pushing the movement of reservations to the Egyptian tourist destination to give a competitive advantage to Egypt that helps encourage the tourist flow to it, in the context of preparing for the return of the incoming tourism movement to Egypt after completing the decision to suspend air traffic and implementing the promotional plan to attract foreign tourism during the coming period.

It should be noted that the Ministry of Civil Aviation has previously agreed to grant a 50% discount on the accommodation and landing fee in all tourist cities for “charter” trips and 20% on ground services for all tourist cities.
