The list of draft laws includes:
1- A draft law regarding authorization by the Minister of Finance to guarantee the Holding Company for Drinking Water and Sewerage, which includes (two articles):
The bill aims to authorize the Minister of Finance to guarantee the Holding Company for Drinking Water and Sewerage and its subsidiaries what they receive from loans and financing of 3 billion pounds, due to the inadmissibility of borrowing the executive authority or obtaining financing or association with a project that entails spending amounts from the state treasury for a future period Only after approval by the House of Representatives
2- A draft law on combating exam breaches (4 articles):
The draft law comes to confront the facts of the leakage of some foreign certification exams within the Arab Republic of Egypt, after the emergence of some evaluation systems developed for students such as submitting research articles, study projects, reference research and other methods that fall outside the scope of exam questions and their answers and which were required by some emergency circumstances, which must be done with it. 3- A draft law to bypass delayed compensation, additional tax, interest, and similar non-criminal financial penalties and to renew the implementation of Law No. 79 of 2016 regarding ending tax disputes (4 articles):

4- A draft law amending some provisions of the Law on the Protection of Intellectual Property issued by Law No. 82 of 2002 (two articles):

6- A draft law on the symbiotic contribution to face some economic repercussions resulting from the spread of epidemics or the occurrence of natural disasters (7 articles):

7- A draft law amending some provisions of Law No. 141 of 2014 regulating the activity of microfinance (19 articles):
The draft law aims to regulate both the financing activity of medium and small projects in addition to the activity of microfinance in an integrated legal framework that stresses that the activity of financing small, medium and micro projects is subject to the provisions of the law regulating the supervision of markets and non-bank financial instruments and contains the rules and controls of companies practicing these activities in a manner It achieves flexibility and ease of application, in addition to providing the ability to amend and develop these rules according to the needs of commercial and industrial activity.
8- A draft law amending some provisions of the law regulating the affairs of members of the medical professions working in the bodies affiliated with the Ministry of Health and Population who are not addressed by special laws or regulations issued by Decree Law No. 14 of 2014, extending the service to members of the medical professions, and establishing a compensation fund for medical profession risks (18 articles) ):
It aims to increase the allowance for infection risks, and is permissible to increase in return for unusual efforts such as staying up late, results and overnight. It also aims to establish a fund called the Fund for Compensation for Medical Professions, in implementation of the state’s directives to confront the negative effects experienced by the country from the emergence of the emerging Corona virus, The state should take many precautionary measures to limit the spread of this virus, and in view of the urgent need to preserve the current medical staff assigned to play this national role.
9 – A draft law amending some provisions of Law No. 10 of 1990 regarding expropriation of real estate for the public benefit (4 articles):
The amendment aims to include the memorandum prepared for the project to be implemented, the value of the initial compensation for the properties that will be expropriated, and obligate the party requesting the expropriation to deposit that amount in the account of the authority that is in possession of the expropriation procedures within 3 months of the issuance of the utility decision.
10- A draft law amending some provisions of the law regulating contracts concluded by public authorities issued by Law No. 182 of 2018 (4 articles):
The draft law aims to benefit contractors who are subject to the administrative bodies subject to the provisions of the aforementioned law from the financing services provided by non-bank financial companies licensed by the General Authority for Financial Supervision to start activities in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
The list of agreements also includes two international agreements:
1- Presidential Decision No. (175) for the year 2020 regarding the approval of the agreement between the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Republic of Bella Russia regarding mutual legal assistance in criminal matters * signed in the city of Minsk on October 20, 2010.
2- Presidential Decision No. (148) of 2020 approving the agreement between the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Government of the Republic of Cyprus regarding the elimination of double taxation with regard to income taxes and the prevention of tax evasion and avoidance, signed in Cairo on October 8, 2019.
