The volume of sales of savings certificates with a high return increased in banks to increase customer demand for their purchase, as a result of the high return provided to them compared to the rest of the savings containers.

These certificates are also characterized by flexibility in the periodicity of the return, or the possibility of borrowing with a guarantee.

And the central bank decided at the last meeting of monetary policy before the end of last month to fix the interest rate for the third time in a row, after an exceptional reduction of 3% to support the private sector to face the repercussions of the Corona virus.

Banks allow breaking the certificate and retrieving it before its expiry date, provided that 6 months have passed since its purchase, according to the instructions for purchasing the certificate signed by the customer.
