Research has revealed that in some people, eggs change LDL particles from small and dense to large.

And it became clear to doctors that people with large LDL particles often had a lower risk of developing heart disease.

This indicates that even if eggs cause a slight increase in the levels of total cholesterol and harmful cholesterol.

Research has also revealed that eating one to three eggs per day is completely safe for healthy people.
