5 ways to prevent breast cancer: Maintain a healthy weight

The Ministry of Health has provided a number of advice to prevent breast cancer, as doctors always advise to follow a healthy diet to prevent diseases, including breast cancer.

These tips are:

Maintain a healthy weight.
– Breastfeeding.
– Playing sports.
Proper and balanced nutrition.
– Quit Smoking.

Breast cancer is a common disease among women, especially with age, as a result of a group of factors, which are divided into two parts, according to the Ministry of Health, which includes factors that can be changed and others that do not change.

Infection factors that cannot be changed include early onset of menstruation before 12 years, late menopause after 55 years, a family history of breast, uterine or ovarian cancer, previous breast cancer, and advanced age.

As for the factors of infection that can be changed, they are misappropriation of hormones without the supervision of a doctor, lack of childbearing or delayed childbearing, meaning that the first child born after the age of 35 years, and obesity.

The Ministry of Health said that health units are waiting for you in all governorates of Egypt every day from Saturday to Thursday from 9 am to 3 pm for free detection and treatment with the latest global protocols as part of the President’s initiative to support women’s health.
