Mahmoud Al-Khatib, President of Al-Ahly Club, was keen to support the tennis player Mayar Sharif after her loss in the main role of the Roland Garros Championship to the world number four.
Mayar Sharif lost in the main round of the Open Tennis Championship to second-ranked Czech Pliskova in the tournament, and fourth in the world, in two sets to one.
Al-Khatib made a phone call to the player Mayar Sherif, who is one of the children of the Red Club in the tennis game, and he supported her after losing the French Open.
Al-Ahly president expressed his pride and appreciation for the club’s player, who performed a performance that forced everyone to respect one of the world’s biggest tennis tournaments.
Al-Khatib’s message came to confirm Al-Ahly Club’s support for all its children in all tournaments and games, whether individual or collective.
