What are the types of high blood pressure?
There are two main types of high blood pressure: primary and secondary hypertension.
1- Primary or primary high blood pressure is the most common type of high blood pressure. For most people who develop this type of blood pressure, it develops over time as you age.
2- Secondary hypertension is caused by another medical condition or the use of some medications. The condition usually improves after treating this condition or stopping the medication that causes it.
Causes of high blood pressure:
Lack of physical activity.
Too much salt in the diet.
Excessive alcohol consumption.
A family history of high blood pressure.
Chronic kidney failure.
Adrenal gland and thyroid disorders.
