Cristiano Ronaldo: I see a very bright future

Juventus star Cristiano Ronaldo said that his team scored an important point after a 2-2 draw with Roma, despite being late in the score at the start of the match between the two teams in the second phase of the Italian League.

Ronaldo added in comments after the match: “We are at the start of the league with a new coach (Andre Pirlo) and there are different ideas. We will continue to work and I see a very bright future.”

Ronaldo wore a rescue gown and scored two goals to lead his team, Juventus, to a 2/2 draw with Roma at the Olympic stadium, “Olympico” in the capital, Rome, in the second stage of the Italian League.

Juventus completed the match with ten players, after his French player, Adrian Rabiot, was sent off in the 62nd minute after receiving a second warning in the match.

Juventus overcame the numerical shortfall in its ranks for about half an hour and snatched a valuable draw with Roma, who missed a golden opportunity to compensate for his virtual defeat against Verona in the last stage due to the wrong involvement of a player in violation of regulations.

Roma ended the first half in his favor with two goals scored by French midfielder Jordan Vertu in the 31st minutes from a penalty kick, and the first of the stoppage time for this half against a goal scored by Ronaldo from a penalty kick in the 44th minute.

In the second half, Ronaldo scored his second goal in the 69th minute to lead his team to a tie.
